Phil deploys immediate server updates to fix Vitality stats, resolve core gear issues, and overhaul the Paladin Meta.

Core Systems & Quality of Life Updates
Following the massive release of the Dark Fortress expansion, developer Phil acted fast to tweak recent item rules and improve inventory management:
- Account-Bound Items: Both Perfect Wing Ears and all Grimoires are now officially Account Bound [1.1]. Players can now safely move them through account storage, dismantle them, or sell them [1.1].
- The Multi-Bond Shift: Bonds will now automatically apply to nearby party members and summons if your character possesses multiple bond targets.
Note: This raises a massive question for the current meta—what exactly happens to a Paladin running Life Bond now?
Expect intense theorycrafting in the upcoming days as players test this new stacking efficiency in high-tier dungeons.
Critical Bug Fixes & Combat Optimization
Patch 0.31.1 targets several broken mechanics, skills, and gear stats that were heavily impacting competitive gameplay:
- Vitality Status Fix: Fixed a major bug where the Vitality status was flat out not applying to character scaling.
- Gunslinger Card: Fixed a technical issue where the Gunslinger (GS) Card was completely non-functional.
- Perfect Wing Ears: Fixed a bug where this gear piece spawned with zero substats or potential.
- Resolve Status Exploits: Fixed an issue where the Resolve status would awkwardly persist even after swapping gear sets.
- Targeting Logic: Fixed a mechanical glitch that allowed players to target themselves with offensive skills while actively using Heal.
Dark Fortress & Skill Interactions:
- Duskscourge Launcher: Fixed a broken interaction where the Duskscourge’s Frozen Ground was not working as intended.
- Corpse Explosion: Fixed an issue where Corpse Explosion failed to correctly apply debuffs to hit enemies.
- Crowd Control (CC): Fixed a timing bug where the Freeze status would not break properly upon reapplication.
